Outdoor Synergy of Sound Meditations

Root  in to rise up with the rhythmically restoring and photon igniting  sounds of drums, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, flute and more.

You  will be guided through a meditation to support your connection with  mother earth and the expansive energies of the the sky. Then Paula will  bring you on a sound journey supported by the laws of nature and nature  herself as you rest, receive, imagine, journey and heal.
